Introduction

Welcome to BeautiSushi!

It's been a while now since I fell in love with the Asian culture. Whether it's food, or Kpop, or Kdramas, or skin care & makeup.

As many others, my first kdrama ever was Boys Over Flowers. One morning, summer 2012, I was SO bored, like REAAALLY bored. And as I was scrolling down my Facebook feed, I saw a picture one of my friends has posted. It was her tbt (Throw Back Thursday) picture, and it was a picture of the F4 with Jan Di,and the caption of "BOF... <3 A kdrama addict's first and favorite" or something.
So I searched it up, watched the first 10 minutes English subbed -which I thought was funny, you know?- and that was enough to get me hooked <3
Now MBC, KBS, TVN are all I watch, Kpop and OSTs are all I listen to, The Face shop/Etude House...etc are the only beauty products I use, and I wish Asian food is all I eat!

Over the last summer though, I started using and DIYing a lot of Asian skin care product. But one day -about a week ago-, my mother walked in while I was reading about The Face Shop Real Nature Rice Face Mask -which I really really really love, HIGHLY RECCOMENDED FOR DRY SKIN. I will definitely do a review about it :)- and nothing makes me happier than to share my Asian obsession with someone, so of course I told her. Then I showed her a review about it and suddenly--- a light popped in my head. "Hey, I can make my own blog and write my own reviews!!" I told her. And so, that is this blogs short little story.

In this blog, I'll post beauty product reviews, make up and nail art tutorials, and I'll share my thoughts about some kdramas and kpop songs/MVs.
